LPA cloner build v1 - 9 site

Simple first build of a 9 site cloner.

PROs:

• cheap and simple build

• Ran basically by itself for months with very little upkeep

CONs:

• ultrasonic mister could get clogged by roots in larger plants

• cheaper tote required gasket kit or duck tape lip to keep puddles from forming
